Pirates Chest Exchange – Shipping Policy

At Pirates Chest Exchange, we take every measure to ensure your order is processed and delivered safely. Because gold, silver, and other precious metals are high-value products, we follow strict verification and shipping procedures to protect both our customers and our business.

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully verified before shipment.

  • Funds must be fully processed and cleared before shipping.
  • Due to the nature of precious metal transactions and financial processing times, verification and preparation may take up to 21 days from the date payment is received.
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been completely confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods

We use insured and trackable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order value and location.

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance up to the order’s value.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by region and order size.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on payment clearance, product availability, and carrier service.

  • Delivery can take up to 21 days from the time of purchase, depending on payment method and carrier scheduling.
  • Transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, or security verification procedures.
  • Please allow extra time for processing during peak order periods.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Pirates Chest Exchange is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

  • If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance with the carrier’s claim process.
  • Any claim for damage or tampering must be made within 24 hours of delivery and include photos and details.
  • While we help facilitate claims, Pirates Chest Exchange cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues beyond our control.

6. Service Limitations

  • Pirates Chest Exchange does not offer in-person pickups, local delivery, or international shipping.
  • Orders ship only to verified U.S. addresses.
  • For security reasons, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

7. Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase with Pirates Chest Exchange, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
